  • Shtaravi powder
  • Dates (Khajoor)

  • Take 1/2 spoon Ashwagandha powder
  • Take 1/2 spoon Shatavri powder
  • Take 2 Teaspoon Honey
  • Mix these well and make a paste
  • Now eat this paste with 1 glass of lukewarm milk
  • Take these twice a day for a month.

  • Mix these well
  • Now drink milk with a Ripe Mango OR Banana OR Dates twice or trice a day for a month

    Nice Information. I hv few queries?
    1) Can one can do more than one remedy in a day?
    2) Generally on Ashwagandha Powder Bottle it keep written to take half tsp twice in a day but here u r suggesting 2 tsp once a day? R u sure?
    3) In last remedy no. 4,5,6 u suggest for Dates so wat is the quantity of it (kitne pieces leni hai)?

    • you can have max. of these but watch ur digestion system too if that allows all then nothing like that. but yes also include exercises in ur daily routine that will help in boosting HGH. Also add extra protein in ur diet.

  8. subah uthte hi kareeb 2-3 glass pani pio and uske baad tadasan and triyak tadaasan karo 5-10 mins. Farak padna chahiye.
