Now, eat Garlic and Carom seeds mixture and drink lemon drink after it. Take this twice a day for atleast 1 – 2 months. Take this on an empty stomach in the morning for the first time and second time in evening Other Benefits: This remedy is very good for common cold, cough and flu too. CINNAMON TEA Drink Cinnamon Tea 1 – 2 times a day Other Benefits: It is also helpful in regulating the blood sugar level. GREEN TEA Strain it and Drink Green Tea twice a day.
